1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VoltConnect, including the VoltConnect mobile app, website, authentication flows, profile features, and related services.
By accessing or using VoltConnect, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use VoltConnect.
2. Who may use VoltConnect
VoltConnect is intended for users who can legally agree to these terms. VoltConnect is not directed to children under 13.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details reasonably current, and use VoltConnect only in a lawful and honest way.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Some VoltConnect features require an account. The app may support phone authentication and, where available, supported social sign-in providers.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- You must promptly notify VoltConnect if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may restrict or terminate access if an account violates these terms or creates security risk.
4. Profile and public information
VoltConnect may display profile information you provide, including username, display name, photo, country or region, and other fields made available in the app.
- You must only submit content you have the right to use or share.
- You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
- You are responsible for making sure your profile information is appropriate for display.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VoltConnect to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
- harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or deceive other users;
- create, upload, share, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- spam, scrape, automate, or overload the service in unauthorized ways;
- bypass rate limits, abuse-prevention systems, or security controls;
- upload malicious code, harmful links, or deceptive information; or
- infringe privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
6. Third-party services
VoltConnect may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, and related infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Service changes
VoltConnect may change, limit, interrupt, redesign, or remove features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee that VoltConnect will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
8. Intellectual property
VoltConnect, including its name, branding, design, software, and service materials, is owned by VoltConnect or its licensors except for user-submitted content and materials owned by third parties.
You retain rights in the content you submit, but you grant VoltConnect a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
VoltConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, VoltConnect and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-loss damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of VoltConnect after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
