This page explains how to request deletion of your VoltConnect account and associated data. Deletion is permanent once completed.
Delete your account in the app
If account deletion is available in your installed app version, use the in-app flow.
- Open VoltConnect and sign in.
- Open your Profile.
- Open Settings or Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email voltservice@metalbrain.net from the email or phone account contact associated with your VoltConnect account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
We may request information needed to verify your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
- your authentication account, where technically available;
- profile information associated with your account;
- security settings and session metadata associated with your account;
- public profile preview data associated with your account; and
- locally cached account data when deletion is completed inside the app.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or operational backup recovery. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
