Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Published standards against CSAE

These are the published Child Safety Standards for VoltConnect, the app distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and for the voltconnects.io website and related services. They apply to accounts, profiles, messages, reports, links, media, and any other user activity connected to VoltConnect.

VoltConnect explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, coerces, traffics, sextorts, or otherwise harms a child.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

You must not use VoltConnect to create, upload, request, share, promote, enable, coordinate, or facilitate:

Any account engaging in CSAE may be removed from VoltConnect and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. User reporting and in-app feedback

Users can report safety concerns through the reporting or support path available in the VoltConnect app. Reports can also be sent directly to our designated child safety point of contact at voltservice@metalbrain.net.

Reports should include any relevant usernames, profile details, screenshots, links, dates, or context that may help us identify and review the concern.

4. How we address CSAM

VoltConnect reviews user reports, abuse signals, and other information relevant to potential child-safety violations. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.

Appropriate action may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information for lawful requests, and escalating confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

5. Legal compliance and cooperation

VoltConnect complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with valid law enforcement requests relating to child safety. We may preserve or disclose account, profile, report, and technical information when required or permitted by law to protect children, users, the public, or the integrity of the service.

6. Child safety point of contact

Our designated child safety point of contact can receive reports and answer questions about VoltConnect's CSAE prevention practices: voltservice@metalbrain.net.
